I just recently bought an 05 cobalt ss supercharge and got it home and looked under the hood to discover that it has a 2.50 intense pulley and a K&N typhoon air filter. I am only running 16 pounds of boost though and was wondering why that was since every posting i read said it should be getting much better. I would like to know what you think is in my car and what else would help it out.

The car isnt properly set up to run that 2.5" pulley...

no i dont know but how could i set it up to run that 2.5 pulley and how much would that cost

your gonna need some coolings mods if your gonna stick with the 2.5 pulley and also a tune like shortstack said .

the car isnt tuned for the 2.5 the ecu is limiting your boost. if you do the bypass mod youll boost whatever the 2.5 will boost but youll be running verry lean
