I'm looking at getting a good set of lowering springs because I don't want to drop a huge chunk of money on a good pair of coilovers. I'm torn between Eibachs and Teins but if anybody has any pics or advice let me know what would ride the best and look the best.

It would only have to be Eibach FTW.... Only because of the fact of Tein on an American car, (assuming you have a Cobalt), would be going backwards. ;)

Eibach sportlines, I have them on my car, or get some pedders or something like that, I hear people raving about them. I kind of wish I got B&G springs, they lower the car a decent bit more than sportlines. My roommates ex had them on her SS/NA and that thing was slammed. I well probably just rock the sportlines till I decide to drop money on coilovers or something more drastic.

You know though, I heard that B&G along with H&R drop the Balt too much where it becomes an issue of premature wear in suspension parts and voids warranty where as Eibach has the million mile protection and still keeps the factory warranty.
Coilovers next year for me. Headers soon and pully with a tune after that.;)
