The dyno #'s are in and were very please with the results. 10 WHP and 5 TQ to the wheels on a stock CobaltSS. These are a very respectable # for a short style header. Gains were made through the entire RPM range. Further gains can be achieved with smaller pulley, CAI, cam, heads, TB, etc.
TOG prides it self on building high quality performance headers. Were not about selling quantity, but QUALITY. Whether it's a short, mid length or long tube header, we only use top quality American grade steel. Thick flanges and 14 gauge steel primary tubes are used through out. Most header manufactures use thin flanges that eventually leak or warp and use either 16 or 18 gauge steel tubes that break down due to corrosion and the thin wall construction. Cheaply built headers tend to "Ting" as well.
TOG headers are then coated with a High polished silver ceramic caoting that protects the headers inside and out form rust and corrosion. These headers will last the lifetime of the vehicle.
Finally, we offer the best warranty in the business with a No-fault lifetime qaurentee against workmanship or damage. We qaurentee our flanged never to leak or warp. It doesn't get any better than that.
TOG is accepting pre-production orders. The deadline to take advantage of this opportunity is Friday October 14. At last count there were approximately 70 people intersted in purchasing the header. We will need a MINIMUM of 35 confirmed orders before we go into production.
