Hey,
Hopefully the supporting vendors see this thread and that I haven't missed it but I was wondering if anyone is carrying the AEM CAI for the 2.2L yet. There seems to be next to no vendors carrying it even though it has been available for some time now so maybe no one is even aware that it has been released yet. The part# for anyone interested is 21-531 and the MSRP is $327.00. Currently Gravana seems to be the only one carrying it at a price of $259.99. I will most likely end up going to the AEM dealer here in town (only reason being I'm in Canada and after the exchange rate, shipping and duty it's a pain in the ass to get it from the US) but thought I would give everyone a heads up in case they weren't aware of it yet :).
An AEM rep on .net mentioned it is a two part design with expected gains of 4hp/5lb-ft but I would assume it is possible to see gains as large as those which Injen claims for theirs. I would imagine the two part design means it can convert from a CAI to a SRI but there are no images available for it anywhere not to mention dynos.
This is for the 2.2L only but a while ago AEM was looking for a test vehicle for their 2.0L intake so it must be on its' way.
