Hi I have a little story for you guys
I'm driven along and I see a 99 cavy with a after market bumper and he try’s to show off for me by speeding to get a head of me, so I'm going 100kph or so and I gear down to 3rd and really take off down an on ramp (stupid) so like 2 or 3 km away from that point I see red and blue behind me. So I think they are going some where on a call so I pull over (stupid) he walk's up to my car I hand him my stuff and he says 180kph.....in a 80kph zone I said that there was no way I was going 180(BS)and he admits that (well we didn’t clock you but we where going 150kph and you where puling away...fast) so he goes back to his car (I assume to call the toe truck to take my car) he comes back and ask's me (what kind of engine is in this thing?) he had a huge smirk, and then when I told him he had a look like no way was this going that fast on his face he handed me a ticket for 50 kph over with no court $351

Just so you know he could have taken my license, my car, court could have charged me with dangerous driving, and find me up to $5000 and the Edmonton police service like's to set traps for people who speed alot

Not sure about the laws in Edmonton but 50 kph over in Ontario is an automatic 6 month suspension so I would be sure to investigate that a little further before you pay that ticket dude.
