you ever heard of 3 bad brothaz. They are a local team of djs who stay at the more dominate clubs around atlanta. Dj mike b Dj kid star Dj control.

What are some of the tracks names you got on your cd. Im a brekbeat fan not a fan of the lasgo, or amber (sexual) hate that stuff.

Mix some Dimmu in there, it goes along well.

BTW, I find the sound of helicopters very comforting for some reason. I need to find some good samples and loop them to play it to put me to sleep. The doppler effect and the blades just sounds awesome.

on the helos i'm talking about are the military kind. they don't like anyone doing anything funny around them... and were not aloud to have any media devices ie mp3 players, radios and such

Usually it's Slayer, Testament, Morbid Angel, Nevermore, Opeth etc. but gotta mix it up a bit with some CCR, Pink Floyd, Jaco Pastorious...as of late its been more Soundgarden and what not.

Ekool- awesome that you like Dimmu...I used to play in a progressive/thrash metal band and opened up for a bunch of awesome bands and played the Milwaukee Metal Fest 16 and 17 (from Exodus to Kreator to Superjoint Ritual to Origin, etc etc etc)

Saw them first with Slayer and Pantera during the Reinventing the Steel Tour (amazing), then my band at the time opened for them about a year ago or so at L'Amours in Brooklyn, I forgot the exact date and who else played...I'll try to look it up when I go home.

BTW, opened for Hate Eternal 2 or 3x also, they f'n rule.

Napalm Death, Pig Destroyer, GWAR, Dying Fetus, The Haunted, DJ Shadow, The Prodigy, DJ Tiesto, Squarepusher, etc etc.

Korn, Metallica, Static-X, Dope, Chimaira, Mudvayne, Linkin Park, Papa Roach, Cold, Shinedown, and many many more but i dont want to go threw all my CD's i have over 100. And belive it or not i lisen to all of them at least once a month.

I take it you didn't look through all of this thread. Of all the posts, I believe 5 posts were in support of rap. Most were metal.

I listen to other things too. Tupac just happens to be what I'm listening to now.

Ummm.. have been listening to Mudvane for the past week and to Linkin Park off and on but no RAP for me it is just not my cup O tea. :)

Yeah Breakin Benjamin rocks I was listenin to them last week! I got Crossfade in there now, but its gettin time to cycle back to Linkin Park or Metallica. There are a few new CD's I want to get: the new Audioslave, System of a Down, Seether, and a few others...

I got the new System of a Down. :p LOL Yeah i plan to get a few other CD's soon.

Personally, i prefer something along the lines of Van Halen, Deep Purple, or Guns n' Roses when i do burnouts in my Camaro....

I listen to ALL kinds of music, I got the new NIN. They are my favorite band, seen them live 15 times including Woodstock 94(best concert ever). Also got the new Audioslave, love CCR, and cant forget Metalica been a fan of theirs since I lived in anahiem California and they were still a Bar band. Oh and this one will be out of left feild but I am also a big Kenny Chesney fan.

I like CCR and Kenny too! There is a band locally called Day of Fire (Christian contemporary rock band) and they straight up ROCK!!! They are supposedly slowly releasing stuff throughout the country so if anybody hears of their stuff I would recomend it HIGHLY!!
