Oh really, how did you surmise this? And isn't a 500 RPM spread a bit wide?

I traded in an SVT Focus (and an STI..long sad story) for the RL. I'm sure the RL and the SS will probably launch about the same. You're going to want to be much lower than the SVT. Without a LSD, this thing will spin through gears in one spot (one wheel peel). I normally have to feel the car out for the day (road condition, air temp etc...), the SC is very temperature sensative. I know the RL mounts are soft, so it'll hop if you give it too much.

Yea man, I am pretty sure Spooner actually HAS a RL. Its the SAME car as the SS!!! So yeah Im pretty sure he didnt just "pull those numbers out of his ass".
