Has anyone else has problems with Onstar on their Colbalt. The First Three months it worked great and a few days ago it stopped working like it is supposed to it is able to do everthing else escpet the GM Diag Tool. Called Onstar they say take it to the dealer the dealer says it onstars fault. But if i want they(the dealer) can take a look at it anyway So i dont know what to do.

All cars in GM's lineup that are OnStar Equiped have it free for the 1st year.
The XM accounts are free for the 1st 3 months.
When you say it's not working right.... what exactly isn't it doing that it did before?

I know ( as an example ) the hands free calling is free for 30 minutes ( or 2 months ) whichever comes 1st.

The remote diagnostics isnt much of anything. If your CEL comes on, you can call up onstar, they pull the code and tell you to either go to the dealer immediately or you can wait a couple days to have it checked out.
I do like the monthly report emails though...
