Porting anything to improve air flow is rarely a BAD thing. Not sure as I'd go so far as to quantify it as 30hp just yet, until someone had dug into it and posted some experiences.

But cleaning up the supercharger inlet and intake manifold would certainly help.

No one seems to have much experience with this motor yet. The supercharger and intake manifold are a single cast piece, so it might be tricky, but I'm sure it can be done!
