Ok I was wondering...will the SS have heated seats? Ive read a in a few places yes but the more pics I see of the SS I dont see any heated seat buttons on the dash....? Well I haven't ordered my SS yet so I was just wondering....Thanks!!! :)

I looked at my Cobalt paflet and the SS wont have heated seats but the LS Sedan, LS Coupe it is a option and it is standard in the LT Sedan.
So as far as i know it will not have heated seats.

It would probably be fairly easy to integrate them into an SS (wouldn't do it on the Recaros however) just get the switch, wiring, heaters, etc. Oh and might have to reapholster the seats LOL ;)

It would nice to have them but o well i will just deal with a cool seat in the winter.

The ones in the SVT Focus got too damn hot too damn fast, though I didnt really realize it at first, I think I was too scared of gettin caught by a cop doin like 80 in a 45!

LOL my freind got caught doing like 115 in a 45 and plus pulling a U-turn where your not supost to. He lost his licences for a year.

I was looking at some pictures.. and to me it looks like they plug into the cigarette light socket in the middle console. Now the pictures I saw, it could have been for something else.. But it looks like it plugs in to the light and into the seat.. Now if they is the case, that would be one thing I don't like about the car.. All the good looking interior to have the seats plug in, instead of a button.. Geez I hope that is now how they work..

Also I don't think GM would put them the information in he brochure saying that have heat seats.. and then not come with them.. I am sure they come with them.. And I sure hope its a buttom.. not a light socket plug in .I will get the pic

Anywaz.. You can see the cable going from the light socket into the seat.. So I have a feeling that is for the heat seats.. Which again I think is a dumb way of having it work.

You have no choice with the SS.. They come standard with them.. Unless they let you downgrade the seats.

But there are kits out if you want to add heating elements to them later.

The GM Canada website says the SS comes with heated seats. :confused:

Maybe it's different up here.
