i just wanted to say i just installed an AEM dryflow filter on my stock airbox.. WOW luv that sound. i dont think it was stated b4 so i used a filter with a 3.5" inlet and just clamped it to where the old filter sat and left the bottom off. works like a charm. and with no oil on the filter i shouldnt have a CEL. still dont after some hard driving tonite.
o and this isnt coming from me but the kid i run wit all the time wit a mustang GT thinks it added a lil power bc i pulled on him today harder than usual. i said it feels the same.. but i think my car is slow so... :D

the CEL is usually from a lean code, caused by regular driving, not hard driving. the fuel trim really doesnt even read under WOT or close to it. so i think you might find a code somewhere down the road, especially if you live in cool weather. a mini AFC or MAF-T will fix that right quick :)

I agree but the CEL can also be caused by oil on the MAF which we dont have on our AEM dryflow... we'll see later I guess...
