Hey guys, I just registered on your forum.
I was wondering if anyone had gotten the stage 1 or 2 modifications for their Redline or Cobalt SS, and noticed any difference in your gas mileage.
Not sure if I want to do the stage 2 if it will kill my mileage.

Yes, you will lose range. But it won't be a kill, more like a little scratch.

Because the is pretty darn fast stock, and it still had good gas mileage. It is my primary (only) driving vehicle, and I drive ~50 mi/day. It adds up quick.
I just wanted to know what to expect before I make the decision to do a stage 2.
On another note does anyone else find the gas filler positioning a little awkward? I wish then tank was a bit bigger too.

My mileage stayed the same or maybe even went up with GM stage 2 and the AEM intake.
What do you mean by "gas filler positioning a little awkward" ? Do you mean you can't put gas in too fast or the pump will click off ?

Well i have 897 miles on mine. I have not babbied it either :) Its got 22mpg with stage 2 on it and "poor mans" intake mod. Also have Hp tuners.
Most new cars get Junk milage till about 1500-2k when there broke in somewhat well.

KyleReally? Without any mods (still) I started off getting 25 Mpg no matter how I drove it. Then at around 15k I am up to 26.5 Mpg. I am possibly thinking about just doing the Ram Air Intake, and the smaller pulley for the super.
