Ok people sooner or later im gonna order the B&m short throw and heard there was some difficulty installing it because you have to take parts out of your old shifter to make the new one work....which sounded ridiculous to me but o well

Neway...Im not real great in installing things like this plus have never done it so i would rather leave that to someone else...

So i was wondering if someone on here that lives in Virginia could drive to winchester Va, of course ill help pay for gas if its reasonable and ill even chip in for some dinner for you

dude.. its not hard, i installed my Twm short throw in like 45 mins, just TAKE YOUR TIME and follow the directions, when u say "take apart ur old shifter" it just uses stock o rings and mounting tabs... everything else is take out old put in new.. just follow directions

we have faith in you. "you can do it!" "all night long!" it's not that bad. i've been into the shifter and it's pretty manageable.

is there a "HOW TO" on how to install any shifter..... I can see me having problems with just taking off the shifter because of the fact that we have the O-RING i dont even no how to take the stock shifter off.....The boot is pretty easy to take off but then seems to be stuck because the shifter wont come off because of the O-RING
