headers for the 2.2 will also fit the 2.4... downpipes are pretty much universal on our cars, any will fit...

if you're getting the pacesetter header, make sure you get the coated one... trust me..

as far as the pacesetter exhaust, i have it, love it, and wouldn't trade it for any other... sounds great, not ricey, and can feel the difference... install took about 45 minutes and one banged up knuckle...

i was hesitant about the pacesetter exhaust but good compliments will make me purchase it fo' sho'! i was also curious if the black and coated header were differnert for a perfomance reason. i know the paint will peel but doez it affect performance?

doesn't affect performance at all... but the coated one won't rust... and it's kinda in an awkward position to try to keep clean if you have the painted...

also, as far as the exhaust, it's not stainless, so it requires a little attention every now and again... i have a place down the street that does automatic underbody washes, and it's all automatic... so if you go really slow, it will realy clean everything out.. if you take care of it, it won't rust on you... sound is amazing... check out this clip... it doesn't do it justice though....

well i guess i can do one of two things... either spend the extra $105 to get a coated header or do some 'gettin' dirty' work and buy some heat resistant paint and sand off the header myself..... i'm sure that would keep maybe 80 more dollars on my wallet... just buy some sandpaper, paint, and just make a half-day out of it...

1. yes the exhaust will rust....
2. and this is a big one. the header that comes with the armor coat also is supposed to help lower enginge bay temperatures as well as not rust.
