Rebadged!!

I have a lot of positive and negative reviews on the wingless look. most all love the shaved antenna and trunk lock though. Some did say that is so emptey between the tail lites that it did not look right.

After seeing a rebadge from another forum member I decided to do my own.

Nicely done with the Cobalt. I would have went with the SS and Supercharged on opposite corners. Good work!

Looks very oldschool, nice touch to bring in the older perspective! The "COBALT" lettering is spaced just right under the 3rd brake light, I personally would go with the LT wing, I think I'm gonna do that to mine, but paint it flat black since mine is yellow. Props!

Just my opinion i wouldnt have put COBALT on it. I like the SS/ Supercharged centered like that though.

Thankyour for all feedback! I came up with about five senarios and I would try one and see. Now I am thinking I should have photoshopped these various ways and posted for a poll! oh well only so much time.

ssnipes, looks good, but i'm wondering if you put the cobalt by itself right in the middle of the lid if it would look better. i think the ss badge is too small to be put by itself in the middle. otherwise, looks good. good luck with getting your car on the main page. you definitly have a look no one else has.

personally, if you're going to shave a trunk i'd keep it badgeless. i think i'd like it better badgeless, but props for being different.

I wanted to do tha same thing... only I would have only removed the Chevy emblem and probably put my alias... TIEAGA or 2.2L ECOTEC on there. I just dont like the Chevy emblem on the Cobalt that much.

I think it might have looked better if you put the "Cobalt" badging where the "SS Supercharged" badging is. Or maybe do like the Mustang next to you, and just put "SS Supercharged" there without the "Cobalt" badging.

Tha back of the Cobalt looks so much like a Ferrari I thought for like 2 seconds about puting a prancing horse on the back... but then I said I don't need the extra 100 horses right now and tossed the idea.

I voted don't like it, but that is because I have the mustang in my rental car fleet and one of the biggest complaints i get is about there being no key for the trunk, but that car also doesn't have a button on the interior which leaves you with only the fob as a solution which will suck when the battery dies.

If I were to have done something similar to what you did I would have had larger SS and supercharged badges made and then placed it in the center.
