cobalt is stock, rsx is an 05 with I/H good mods for that car pulls really hard. 05 srt has AEM intake. The race from the stop the cobalt driver definetly needs to work on his launch or he just gave up. But good videos nice cars.

Tope end is lagging on the SS and gotta give props to the rsx. SRT representing though. Gotta love the topend.

That was more than just the top end, that was ugly.

Yeah that was a pretty quick RSX, but I have to say it did put a smile on my face to see the SRT-4 grab the leash and start the walk!!! BOTH times!!! :D

Not bad. I thought the SS would keep up better from a stop through 1st and 2nd. Must have spun the tires like crazy.

That SRT driver needs to learn how to drive. Should of brake boosted him or left in a better RPM/gear. RSX sounds more and more like a S2K lol. The SS was disappointing to see. The car is still new as is the driver so I'm sure we'll see a better chance in the next few vids of SS's running....or so I hope lol.

The SS is hard as hell the launch..You barely let the clutch out, and it launches like a space shuttle forward. I would guess to rev it to like 3k, and drop clutch to get a good launch in these cars. You definetely know the blower is kicking in a very low rpm, unlike the srt which takes a second or tow to kcik in hard. But according the MT, it looks like the SS dies off in top end real bad. 0-100 between it and srt is like 2 full seconds!

Do not go by that MT article. The times do not add up on that article if its the same one I'm thinking of "SS vs SRT article".
