Quick question, once you get the GM pulley off (by simply taking the bolts off correct?) is it justa matter of sliding the new pulley on and bolting it on?

It fits the GM "hub", so does that mean it is a simple bolt on, no puller or press needed?

Yes, it is just that. On-bolt the GM pulley from the hub and rebolt the new pulley to the hub. I personally would recommend getting your car re-tuned by someone with HPTuners.
