: help on location for oil filter on 2007 cobalt ss supercharged

I am finding it impossible to find the location of the oil filter on my 2007 cobalt ss supercharged. chaging the oil and cant find where ther filter is...
can someone please help

it is under the intake end of the supercharger, it is in a canister type thing with a socket head thing on top

Yep, look right below the black canister located on the side of the throttle body. Should have a black cover about the size of a soda can with a nut on top of it.

you can't find it because there is no oil filter! the cobalts are cool cause you never have to change the oil...whaddya think this is a honda?

Don't feel bad, I had to look some to find the filter on my 06 SS sedan.

I had a 2.2l cavalier before my 2.0 cobalt and never once changed the oil myself. I've always changed my wife's oil though... strange how that works out.
