This is my Yellow Cobalt SS which I took delivery today June 17, 2005... The car was builted on the 6th of June and wasnt suppose to be here until the end of June beginning of July.. So I was very surprised when the dealer recieved it on June 13th...

The yellow doesn't really show good on the pictures well.. I might have to wait until the sun is out and shinning.. I am happy with the car and it gets alot of attention.

Man you got plates fast didn't you. It takes 2 months to get plates here in cali. How do you already have permanent plates? Nice Car BTW!

We don't go through a big process to get plates.. The Ministry of Tranportation already has plates in the offices.. Geez even our Personal Plates only take 6 weeks to get.. Wow that sucks that you need to wait that long for permanent plates..

^^^ I almost bought yellow, but opted to red. It's easier on the eyes to me. I think you'll love it. What's up with not getting your plates on the day of delivery, I thought that happened everywhere.

Yeah... I am gone 5 days a week in the US.. I drive transport truck so I am not home at all during the week.. And lately I haven't been coming home weekends.. I come home to do laundry and that is it.. My buddies and I have been going camping and going away other places on the weekends that past couple weekends.. So no internet :)

Did they trim the screw by the intake tube at the factory? I heard they finally got pushed to trim that thing after numerous complaints of it tearing the tube, and then tearing into the tube on one of their test cars.

i got my plates the day i left the dealer.. then even put them on for me.. lol

That is a nice car you have. What is really cool is that it stands out from the rest of the neighbors' cars.

Nice car man! I don't know what these members are saying about yellow being hard on the eyes! It takes about a day to adjust to the color being so bright, after that it's barely even noticable that it is yellow! :) I don't have a yellow SS although I do have a Yellow Protege5. If I were to get an SS, I would most definetly want it yellow!
