Does the Cobalt require a clutch position relearn along with a CASE learn when a different ECU is installed?

My G6 GTP with the F40 Six speed, I'm beginning to think its the only one. LOL

To answer my own question, the answer is NO only a CASE learn is needed when swapping out the ECU.
