: vibrant header and downpipe? zrated89 10-03-2007, 08:30 AM hey guys i just got my vibrant header and downpipe and it did not come with the header gasket. it has the downpipe gasket. is anyone running this is the header gasketless? ani info from anyone with a header is helpfull. or do you use the stock gasket matt_SS_205 10-03-2007, 02:57 PM you can re-use the stock one, it 'should' reseal, i ordered a replacement one for mine, but the old one looked just as good as the new one cobaltkid 10-03-2007, 06:30 PM I just installed my Vibrant header-back exhaust 2 days ago and re-used the stock gasket. It was in excellent shape but the holes in the stock gasket were a little smaller then the ones on the vibrant header...this may restrict a little bit of air flow? I like the look of the exhaust and the distinct idle sound of the car, however when on the throtle, it seems a little to loud sometimes.
