p0091 fuel regulator helppp

Hey guys i have an 09' cobalt 2.0T almost 44k... Almost 4 weeks ago my car was throwing this code and brought it to the dealership and the guy replaced the fuel pump. It was free cuz of recall but few weeks later doing the same thing and now getting worse. The code is p0091 fuel regulator system then is says (low circuit) also putting it into eng recovery mode wich sucks on the north way headed to work lol.... has ne one else had this problem? Thanks
