Boost Gage

I dont think mine works, when i start the car it doesnt move and just sits at -20. I turned on the ac to see if it changed and it didint move, It also doesnt move when i drive it.

Is this a defective gage?
Is there a way to test it?

06 SS/SC

Thanks

punch the gas if it doesnt move then somethings wrong. you might beable to take it to the dealership and have them replace it. Are you sure that you didnt disconnect the boost tube? Iam not to sure about the S/C ones but theres a few tubes that go from the MAF the BOV and the intake lower charge piping on the T/C

I am not sure, I bought the car used so im not sure what if anything has been done to it. I know its electrical, and it gets some kind of power because it lights up when the lights are on.

An electric boost gage runs off of the MAP or MAF? Or is there some kind of boost gage?

I took off the a pillar today and all the wires were connected, i am just not sure what it connects to in the engine bay.
