lemon?

got a 09 turbo.
i'm on my third MAP sensor.
in competitive mode, no lift shift from 1st-2nd car would missfire check engine light would flash and sometimes stay on with P0300 code (random multiple cylinder missfire) boost gauge would go out on the RPD with a "no data available message" cause the boost gauge runs off the MAP sensor. now i'm driving around with a recorder that records 30 parameters when the check engine light comes on. this is the 3rd time i had to take it to dealer. i havent done anything to lemon law it but am i being to nice or should i just deal with it? i should mention the car has just over 3000 miles on it now.

I would take that into the dealership, throw them the keys and ask them where my new car is.

But thats just me.

Hells Yea! These are really dependable and great cars. Definately go to the dealership and demand a new car

the only thing i got is a superchips tuner which i though was the cause but the car has the problem with or without the tune. (altough i did spike 23psi and kept at 20-21 and the thing pulls like a raped ape...) i have contacted superchips and asked them for advice but so far its in the hands of the dealer. superchips did get in a 09 ss to their dyno to simulate the problem but no luck.

i was driving around with a recorder that plugged into the obdII connector and this morning the MIL flashed and it recorded some parameters that the car's freeze frame doesnt.

so i dropped the recorder off at the dealer and they are sending it to gm engineers. i know 3 techs and a service advisor personally outside of work and they are great guys so i dont want to cause any problems but we'll see.

That would be a sensor on your cold side charge piping. Thats where it tells you how much boost your running, Now dejon has a piece that will make it to where you can run over 24lb before you go int limp mode. OR maybe you need to get more air or fule to the motor.

I dont know.
