need help any one has a fix boost

i have a cobalt ss sc (05) model and i have a kn intake mp stage 2 gm headers gm exhaust aftermarket strut bars and the anti hop bar and i brought the car to gm get it reflashed and when i get on it at about 5500 rpms the boost drops from 15-17 to 4-7 psi it stays like that until i drive it easy for five min or when i shut it off then back on..... it also smells a little funny when it happens .... if it helps it smokes (black) when i start it and rev it up and it is killing me because i love to run it every once in a while( smoked 3 si's 98 gt trailblazer ss nissan armada( pointless but idiot wouldnt leave it alone) and i am desperate to figure out why i have been searching for it trying to find it on a forum but no luck can take a video if necessary but any ideas would be great gm said they would re flash the computer again but i dont think it matters if it worked the first time
