ok here is what they found and corrected

425 found code p0171 follow diag found pip3492a check for misaligned air snorkel or punctured check for evenly spaced pleats in air filter an to check that dipstick is seated all the way. Found dipstick was not seated unmetered air to enter system.

So basicly what I gathered was the dipstick wasn't in all the way

P0172 code. Took it in to the dealer. They discovered my fuel rail was reading 120psi. They replaced the fuel filter and ordered a new fuel pump/pressure regulator. Took them a week and a half to get it. Did not solve the problem. Engineers said to try another one. Two and a half weeks later, i filed a complaint with gm. they discovered that the part number had changed. supposedely that got resolved. I was told last week that the part shipped but as of today my dealer has not received a part. So, either someone was lying or they use the absolutely slowest shipping service available
