Clunk in the Trunk?

My wife and I keep hearing a clink noise coming from the rear when we go over a bump or RR tracks. Anyone else hearing this?? What is it??

Not a newbie Cobalt owner, had it since Jan. 06.......just never post here much. I have other toys that I concentrate on more then the Cobalt. But, my wife can only take so much of that knocking noise. I already checked the spare tire and the battery hold down . They were both tight, but I'll throw a carrot in for good measures
