Security mode or something else ?

Hey lads, I have an 06 Cobalt SS.
Cars been in the garage for the winter. I had to boost it one night to let it run for awhile n decided to take it for a lil rip around the block to get everything moving. I jumped in after letting it run ideal for 20 mins n dropped it in reverse to back it out. Stalled it out ( i drive tow truck for a living lil different rpms lol n it been awhile since i drove my girl) so put my booster pack back on the battery. Go to hit the key n got nothing. I rest my booster pack n tail lights headlights n interior lights all started flashing but no horn. I jump in the car i got power n im getting nothing at all when i try to start it.

Is it security mode ? Or something else
