Hopefully somebody will chime in with some help, I can tell you this much though, when you are done with the install be sure and get a 4 wheel alignment.
yeah its really simple to do the back just loosen the bolt to the control arm and place your springs back on. just put your wheel back on and lower it on the jack and tighten the bolts the fronts are kinda hard, you'd be better off having a place do that then you wanna get an alignment. i had myt school do the front on my cobalt. it cant be that much of different for your g5
