the older less powerful I-5s ran mid-high 15s, I believe. So low 15s maybe high 14s?

And what are you talking about light weight???

im going for regular cab, 2wd... no extended bs... every little bit helps.

the other I5s had 220 hp, the new ones are supposed to be 25 more hp.

ill be happy with power like that if it will do a 1/4 in low 15s. alot better then the balt.

It is far from lightweight though. The I-4 in the regualr cab 2wd weighs in at 3300 or so and it only goes up from there.

Yeah my dad has the four door with the I-5(first year), it is very nice. Tranny lacks a little to be desired as far as shifting. Good luck.

There was a Reg Cab I-5 Colorado at the track a few weeks ago.

He was running 15.1-15.4 in the high 80's low 90's.

His truck had the optional gear ratio, limited slip/locker and the ZQ8 suspension package.

I can't remember if it was auto or manual.

Good luck with getting the new truck. You'd better still stick around, tho... I will hunt you down.
