O2 sensor

I was wondering if any of you have replaced the O2 sensor in bank one with a Bosch replacement and then had the CEL come on and have the code read bank one O2 sensor. That's what is going on with my '06 SS/SC, my husband has been doing some research today and found a couple of people that say they are experiencing this problem. Any suggestions?

Its Bosch. Go with a different brand of sensor. Delco is really expensive and is reccomended by GM. Bosch sensors are the most cheaply made sensors and thats why the CEL triggers. I'd suggest any other version than bosch. Get one that requires no wiring. Get the direct plugin to the harness

The Skinny:
1980 Chevy Malibu
229 cu. in. V6 (don't judge)
3 spd. Saginaw
15 in. Rally wheels.
Mismatched paint.
A little rust.
