no lift shift?

ight i have an 08 turbo balt and im kind of cunfused on how the do the no-lift-shift correct. i know it has to be in competitive mode and i have tried it befor i had the shift down in under a sec but it sounds like the belt is slipping so i feel its not being done right any help?

It dosent have to be in comp mode, when ur driving and right before u redline, keep the gas in and shift. But if u do it to soon u will get that sound

dont hit redline, but almost, dont let up on the gas when you shift.

YEAAAAA... I've seen it done but I think its alot of stress on the engine nad the transmission

Its actually pretty smooth.. I don't use it going into 2nd . No traction
