Unhappy Need help!! Clutch problem I think.

I was driving to work on Monday and I was in 2nd gear and when I went to put it in 3rd gear it wouldnt go so I tried putting it back into 2nd, nothing. It wouldn't go into any gear. I think it might be the slave cylinder or the clutch maybe? I'm not sure. any suggestions are great!!

When you say wouldn't go in do you mean you can't put the shifter into the position or do you mean when you release the clutch pedal it doesn't engage?

If it is the first may just need fluid.

If the second, it sounds like a clutch. When I had my clutch done, they did clutch, slave cylinder, and flywheel.

Good luck!

The shifter won't go into position. A few of my friends that have these cars said check the shifter cables- so I pulled out the cupholders and checked them, they are fine.

-Stupid question- I know nothing about these cars yet haha, where do you check the clutch fluid?

If I am not mistaken brake and clutch fluid both come from the same reservoir.
