Question about warrantie

hey all i have a question about the warrantie.

is it true that gm has the 5 yr/100,000 mile drivetrain warrantie which also covers the turbo?

and is that standard warrantie no matter where i get the car from?

if im wrong please correct me and let me know !

No you have 5 years, its 5 years 100k miles, whice ever come first...

so even if you had 3 miles on your car and it was 5 years old it would be out.

Ok but he cobalt ss is a 08 and it has 28,000 miles.

So it should still be under that warrantie if anything happens right?

O ok i got you,

Nope there are different parts to the warranty. Anything that is pretty much lubed by the motor oil will be covered at 100k miles, so yes the turbo would be under it. but like you brake, clutch ects go out at 6500 miles, your onstart and xm anntena goes out at
36k miles.
