cobalt ss to return ?

drivin down the road this morning to get gas listening to the radio and out of no where the dc station starts talking about the cobalt ss. just talking about the t/c model specs etc. then the bomb shell. "gm is talking about bringing back the cobalt ss t/c late 2012 / early 2013" and of course im like huuuuhhhh. so i got home and hit all the gm sites and i cant find any info on it ? ? ? wt*****
i did stumble across a forum a few weeks ago where i heard something about gm may bring it back for 2012 anyone got any other info ? i just find it weird 98.7 wmzq (country station) randomly talks about the cobalt ss :O am i missing something lol?

p.s i knew about the sedan concept and all . but the way they made it sound there bringing back the 2008-2010 model with no changes confused..

be nice if they brought back a power car like the TC or atleast a cruze coupe LNF or whatever. I would love it if they brought back the cobalt ss with the cruze interior. That well be around the time I would be consider looking for a new car, though I am going to be saving most of my extra funds to go towards my Viper purchase.

I heard that the Cobalt is coming back too. But we will just have to see....

And maybe not too many Cruzes are selling in your area Skoal, but here in my area, the dealers can barely keep stock!!

And to beamer, a Viper is a good choice, used RT-10s go for as low as $18k here with low mileage. Not to mention that for 5-10k more, the SRT-10 is just as a good a deal.

Any questions about the Balt, all answered here:

yea, always had a soft spot for the viper since like 96. I almost made the move to get a 99 rt10 a few weeks back, had 18k miles and was clean and looking great but I didnt want to bite the bullet just yet. Rather be set else where before bringin' one of them home. Balt is not going anywhere, plan to hang onto and mod it till it cannot go any longer unless someone tosses an offer at me I cant say no too which being a cobalt that aint happening haha. Vettes are nice, ZR 1 is killer but no thanks.
