Blown headgasket

I have a 2007 cobalt ss my wife drives the car on a daily basis while i was away last week her car overheated on her and im afaid blew the head gasket its puking oil and coolant out the reservoir but i didnt find any coolant in the oil the car still will run and idle fine no miss or anything i ran a compression test and it read 172 175 180 70 so my question is do you guys think its just the head or do you think there is more damage like block damage or a warped head just trying to get some ideas before i tear into this thing any information would be grately appreciated

If your compression is only 70 on cylinder 4, you definitely have an issue there.
Oil is getting into the coolant, but the coolant is getting into the oil?
Is the car smoking at all?

does it cause cause abnormal smoke emissions? the coolant may have leaked into the combustion chamber
