never pulled tranny out of a balt, but have plenty others
pull axles out of trans disconnect anything from the trans
electrical plugs
shift cables
clutch slave cylinder
then unbolt trans from engine
if you can get a lift remove from bottom by taking sub frame down
if not remove engine and trans together up top attatched to each other ( need cherrypicker for that )
then unbolt the pressure plate
clutch friction plate will fall out
remove flywheel and have it resurfaced or replacce it
reinstall flywheel
in the kit should have a plastic alignment tool
put the friction disk on this and stick it in the hole in the middle of the flywheel
torque the new pressure plate to spec to the flywheel
replace the throw out bearing
place trans on doll rods and bolt it up
continue to do the opposite of what you started
may have to bleed the hydraulic clutch
it would probably be best to

hope this helps

when at this stage make sure the engine and transmission is supported someway from the top. i use angle iron with a chain bolted to the engine and laying across the engine bay.
