boost guage

anybody know how to read the stock guage
its spaced in 5's but there are three marks inbetween
what do the inbetween marks represent?

nothing specific....they are more for looks then for geting a true boost number.

it'll let you guess it...thats about it.

Yeah what he said, its not exact, but a WOT your gettin about 11-13 psi of boost, chevy claims 12 but i have seen some with less when they are new and in cold weather i get maybe 13psi

mine hits right between 10 and 15. so 12.5. in cold whether it almost hits 15.

ive seen mine spike at 15 too it was sweet.

I dont know about that, I mean, yes, it may not be specific. But, the salesman from where I got my SS said that another buyer of an SS works at one of the local race shops here in NC. And he says that the guy put it on the dynamometer, that also can measure manifold pressure and other parameters, and it is right on the money. With stage 2, mine hits 15, sometimes maybe 15.5 in colder temps. Im figuring right in the middle of 10 and 15 is 12.5.
