Battery cover

Does anyone know how did this person do this to his battery cover?

its just a cover u can make with sheet metal and some paint

I dont know if id make it with sheet metal or not since the pos (+) remote lead is coming through the cover, just a possibility for a short. But if you did make it with metal, just use a rubber grommet to keep from shorting out.

t5hats a really good point we dont want that to happen
but you know it has to be grounded
just gluing a piece of metal onto plastic will not cause a short

I was assuming that you meant to get it fab'd to fit over the box, including sides. But yeah, a stick on piece wouldnt look all that bad.

haha yeah so thats not the battery cover but it seems you've already been told this. However, if you want something nifty to cover your fuse box, check out JBP. They have an aluminum piece that replaces the plastic piece and has JBP and checkered flags evgraved on it. Pretty trick.
