Question newbie (looking at an 05 ss/sc

i currently have a 96 Camaro. i want to put it up and turn her into a project. when i got a cobalt as a rental i really liked it. i am currently looking at a 05 red ss/sc. with 12,000 miles. i was wanting to know if there is anything to look out for. i know that with my car and bike, some things for some years can be a problem. any advice?

The Cobalt/ ION Redline platform is a VERY reliable platform, just check out Consumer Reports! Make sure the car wasnt driven hard. Mine has about 10k miles and its an 06. Check out underneith the front wheelwells, if there is a lot of rubber buildup, chances are the car has seen some burnouts in its day. Other than that, no problems! Just be sure to do some modifications to it!!!
