BOV question

Hey just a little question for you BOV experts. I have a friend who wants to get more sound from his BOV with out venting to the atmosphere. As everyone should know, venting to atmosphere is technically bad for the car since the car has the vented air accounted for in the programming to push more fuel when the car shifts to accomodate for the excess of air to meet stoich spec. Now keeping the BOV recirculated will definitely make the bad ass sound go down. He doesnt have aftermarket UIC and has the stock one. Is there a BOV mounting plate that he can buy for the stock UIC to mate an aftermarket BOV to it. Also is there a Good sounding recirculated BOV out there to use on the cobalt

09 SS cobalt black
Halos and 8000k head lights and fog lights
35% tints all the way round
Hahn CAI, Charge pipes, Catted Down Pipe.
GMST1 now Trifecta switchable tune 2011 spring
8000k lights all the way round

My 09 Chevy cobalt SS =16k
10 WRX STI = 33k
I can make my car RWD or AWD and also drop a Turbo for the amount of difference in prices.
