New Here from Ohio

Hey everybody, new here. Name is Chad from cincinnati ohio, im 23. Just traded in my 04 Dodge Ram quad cab for my 2008 Cobalt SS. Its all stock for now. Definitely looking to do a little bit to the car for a bit more power and what not. Figured I'd drop in and introduce myself.

Workin on it...for now my goal is just going to be 300hp. Something fun and quick to drive around town seeing as how Im on a bit of a budget. Trying to figure out what the best route to go is to achieve that

get a tune dude, that is the best bang for the buck on this car.... you can get atleast 290-310 with a good one.

Really? A tune and thats it? My car is all stock right now. Im still reading up on everything learning. I was looking at doing ZZP catless 3" downpipe with MPx 3" cat-back exhaust along with the Hahn Racing cold air intake for starters. Still learning up on when I'd have to get my car tuned with what parts I put on it. But your saying just a tune can get me to around 300hp? That would be great.

Well I just bought a Hahn Racecraft catted downpipe and buying a Hahn cold air intake this week as well. I have a guy that will tune my car with the trifecta tune. I was planning on upping the boost as well to 20-21lbs with the tune. Hopefully thats reasonable. If not I wont mess with the boost. Im hoping to get 300hp or at least very close to it after I tune it. Then I will be happy for a little while. At least till spring time.
