"reduced engine power mode"

I have a 2005 ss/sc with a injen intake and hahn full exhaust and yesterday all of a sudden my car hit 15lb of boost an went into reduced engine power mode and brought up a 0068 code so I cleaned my filter and intake and checked the maf sensor everything seems fine and car runs fine till the boost hits 12-15 lbs then limps out. I have read a couple places when you just type into google: Throttle body may be faulty. It may just stay open and that is why it goes into limp mode.

P0068 stands for Throttle Body Airflow Performance. This DTC is set when the PCM detects that the MAP and MAF readings do not match calculated air flow for more than .2 seconds. When this code is set, the PCM commands the TAC system to run in reduced power mode. Double check your installation of that aftermarket intake as vacuum leaks can cause this code. If everything looks OK, check other areas for vacuum leaks, kinks and improper installation. If no vacuum leaks are found, suspect a problem with the MAF, MAP, TP or IAT sensors. The problem could also be with electronic throttle body.
