First ecotec

hey every one i just got myself a 09 cobalt ss. I downsized from a 06 chrysler 300 srt8 ( it was way too expensive lol) and im hoping to be getting about 400 whp out of my SS. I am thinking about using Hahn racecraft to do it cause i like the prices and the look ( my car is black with red accents). Is there another brand that i can use that will do it better?

I really didn't have a chance to drive it the clutch needs to be replaced and i'm not mechanically inclined so i brought it to someone who said they can do it for cheap...It sat there for a month and a half and he didn't even touch it. so now I have it at the chevy dealership i work at and now the clutches we are ordering aren't fitting.
