After I got re tuned to 21 PSI I keep blowing intercooler couplings off...
I have the dejon intercooler pipes and I even purchased some T bolt clamps. I don't get it...I can't pull em apart by hand...but every time I get to 19 - 20 PSI I hear a huge gush of air and the effin same coupling has popped off...the same one every time. The one on the elbow coming off the turbo...

Anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you fix it...also, I made sure the clamp was BEHIND the lip that is SUPPOSED to stop it from coming off so easily...

Weird. Tighter? Try 2 clamps right beside each other?
Well the first time i didn't put it super tight cuz they say not to overtighten intercooler couplings....but after it popped off the first time i was like well shit let me put it on tighter....after it popped off that second time i said ok, eff this and tightened it a LOT...it popped off a third time...

i have the dejon charge piping set with normal worm clamps, i boost to 25
psi and i've never had a pipe blow off. Try replacing the t clamps with normal
clamps.
