The brakeswitch maybe, that would definitely explain the lights staying on, but I dont know about makin em stick?!?!
brakes sticking
my brakes stick every once in a while..my brake lights in the rear stay on due to this too....does ne one else have this problem....and what can it be

I had a similar problem, faulty brake switch. Lights would stay on, but i am pretty sure the brakes were not engauged.
