The only thing that will ever touch my tinted windows is cool water and a soft cloth. I wipe it as quickly as possible followed immediately by a dry soft towel. As long as your windows are in the shade and are cool to the touch you shouldn't have any problems with streaking.
As for cleaning the front window, I "borrowed" something from my dad the last time I went home but I can't remember the name of it right now. Next time I go/call home I'll try to remember to ask for the name of it. It definitely contains ammonia but even after washing my car outside in 30C weather it totally removed all the streaks and my windows looked good as new. Of course I wouldn't use this on my tint unless I feel like it turning a nice shade of purple but the front window is still fair game
