Ive got a bad habit of holding the clutch pedal all the way to the floor when coming to a stop.

Is holding the clutch pedal all the way to the floor while moving, what one would consider riding the clutch ?

Is the clutch even remotely engaged when the petal is all the way to the floor ?

Sorry for all the questions guys, still learning.

Thanks in advance.

The clutch is not engaged when it's on the floor. But to help your foot out, just push the clutch in and shift to neutral, then let the pedal out and coast to a stop. I leave my car in neutral when i'm at a stoplight most of the time.
