Ok here is my question as for never seeing a 2.0 apart and not getting any info i need in SI can you swapp a 2.2 head to a 2.0 and have more displacement? Both motors have the same block and same piston bore. im ASSUMING that the 12 cubic inches comes from different size stroke but si doesn't list the rod lenght maybe anyone who has had a 2.0 apart in a redline could shed some light on this for me. I know its only 12 cubes but theres no replacement for displacment.

Head volume is not figured into advertised engine displacement. You can put any head on any engine and it will still be whatever that engine is advertised at. The difference between the 2.0 and 2.2 is probably in the stroke if the bore is the same. If a 2.2 head will fit on a 2.0 though and you can swap the 2.0 cams to the 2.2 head, it might be worth looking into, for the sole reason that the 2.2 probably has a bigger combustion chamber, so you could lower the compression ratio by a good amount and run more boost more safely. You might lose a bit of low end torque, but you would be able to more than make up for it in the amount of boost you would be able to run with the lower C/R.

IF the charger can flow enough. I don't think anyone is completely sure exactly where the M62 will run out of steam. The M90 on the GTP has considerably more headroom. Just something to think about before you go dropping compression too much.

Valves would also be something to think about. The 2.0 exhaust valves are sodium filled, 2.2L aren't. Not sure if the valve size is different. I wouldn't think so, but it's worth checking.
