On my Cobalt interior, drivers side, about where your left foot sits, under the dash, there is a black/silver type motor. This was dripping a oil type onto the mat. What is this part and does it contain any fluid inside. If not , could this be grease from the steering shaft above it due to the 100 degree plus weather causing the gease to run?? Hate to waste a dealer trip for that. Thanks.
